Tips and information

  • Most Musea like the Museo Nacional del Prado and Museo Reina Sofía will offer free admission for persons under 18 years.
  • Some Musea in Madrid are closed on Tuesdays and Musea in Barcelona are closed on Mondays, Always check in advance before visiting.
  • Free admission tickets are available for certain days or time slots, however not all musea do offer this service. 
  • A Madrid Pass or Barcelona Pass might be beneficial if you're planning to other activities or visit more than several musea.
