Musea in Amsterdam are 7 days a week open, however some like the Lakenhal in Leiden and Nijntje (Miffy) Museum in Utrecht are closed on Mondays. Always check in advance before visiting.
A Museum Netherlands Pass might be beneficial if you're planning to visit more than several musea at once within a year.
